The Department of Defense has developed a new, lighter and more effective chemical warfare suit. But in a press conference to show off the new suits, one of the soldiers wearing the suit (and standing at attention next to the officer giving the briefing), collapsed from the heat buildup inside the suit. The hot lights in the TV studio did this in less than an hour. The briefing officer admitted that the same would happen in the open, limiting us of the suit to 1-3 hours, unless if was very cold (near freezing.)
