Russia's Strategic Rocket Forces have offered to turn over 300 intercontinental ballistic missiles for use as space boosters, but the Russian space launch industry can only use a few dozen over the next several years. Strategic Rocket commander Colonel-General Yakolev called for industry to better develop the commercial space industry and take advantage of the available stockpile of boosters.--Stephen V Cole
