Snow covers the A-10 Thunderbolt II static in the George W. Bush Air Park on Moody Air Force Base, Ga., Jan. 3, 2018. The governor declared a state of emergency in 28 of Georgia's counties after an extreme winter storm brought snow, sleet and freezing rain to the area.
