North Korea's admission that it was still producing nuclear weapons has caused closer relations with the US. Chinese and US military officials are resuming regular meetings for the first time since a Chinese fighter collided with an American EP-3 patrol aircraft last year. Chinese and US intelligence organizations have been working closely together since last September, in the war on terror.
