The Iranian rebel organization Mujahideen Khalq Organisation (MKO) was, until early 2003, kept alive by Saddam Hussein. Since then, they have been kept in semi-custody by coalition forces. But Iran has had an amnesty offer for most members of the MKO since 2003. Until today, when a hundred MKO members crossed into Iran to accept the amnesty, only small groups had done so. Another hundred or more MKO members are also considering accepting the amnesty.
